On-the-run conman traced to Spain

A serial conman wanted by police for a 拢21,000 fraud in the UK is being held in a Spanish jail, the 麻豆官网首页入口 can reveal.

Norman Fowler, from Colchester, went missing in 2014 after being sentenced to nine months in jail at Norwich Crown Court.

He is one of 3,000 suspected and convicted criminals subject to outstanding arrest warrants in the East of England.
