England coach Eddie Jones says Marland Yarde 鈥榝its the squad better鈥� than Chris Ashton, with the Harlequins wing selected for the tour of Australia.

Saracens wing Ashton, who has scored nine tries in his last five matches, has been left out of the squad completely.

鈥淢arland fits our squad better, simple as that,鈥� Jones said.

鈥淎shton has done well for a strong Saracens side but there are parts of his game we are not happy with.

鈥淚 have spoken to him about it and if he can fix that he can get in the squad,鈥� the England coach added.
