Do we need another Leveson Inquiry?

It's more than three years since Lord Justice Leveson completed his inquiry into the ethics of the press. But a planned second inquiry into the relationship between the police and the press has yet to begin, with the government insisting that all criminal investigations related to phone-hacking charges must first be completed.

Former police detective Jacqui Hames, who is a campaigner for Hacked Off, gave evidence to the Leveson Inquiry after she discovered, in 2006, that her phone had been hacked.

She's now leading the campaign to ensure the second part of the Leveson Inquiry goes ahead. Carolyn Quinn went to meet her for Radio 4's the Westminster Hour.
