'The biggest problem at Manchester United is the ownership'
The Sunday Times' football correspondent Jonathan Northcroft says "there's a lack of football knowledge right at the top" at Manchester United.
The club have been criticised for their handling of manager Louis van Gaal's sacking.
United only confirmed the Dutchman's departure on Monday, more than 48 hours after it was reported by the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú following the club’s FA Cup final victory.
"The major problem the club faces is that every decision has to be referred to America at some point and it takes a long time to get things done," Northcroft said.
