Mike Ford: I've told George to focus on England

Former Bath director of rugby Mike Ford has told his son George to concentrate on playing rather than worry about his club future.

Ford Sr left Bath this month, a year after being voted the Premiership boss of the season.

His 23-year-old son remains at the club, with two years left on his contract.
