Dawson: England win 'a huge moment for English sport'
World Cup winner Matt Dawson says England's Test series win in Australia is 鈥渁 huge moment for English sport鈥.
England beat the Wallabies 23-7 in Melbourne, recording their first Test series win in Australia.
Dawson said: "I think it鈥檚 a huge moment for English sport.
"If England want to compete, and they will compete [at the next World Cup] in Japan 2019, they have to win series and big games abroad and they've won it convincingly."
The victory puts England 2-0 up in the three-Test series, which finishes in Sydney next Saturday.
Eddie Jones' men are now unbeaten in eight games and have moved up to second in the World Rugby rankings.
