The wake of the damning Chilcot report
Tony Blair overstated the threat posed by Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, sent ill-prepared troops into battle and failed to put in place an adequate, long-term strategy for the region.
That is the finding of the inquiry into the Iraq War published on Wednesday.
The Victoria Derbyshire programme looked at how events unfolded as the Chilcot report was published.
