F1 Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo spoke to 5 live Breakfast about his morning habits and his healthy breakfast.

On arriving at Silverstone for this weekend鈥檚 GP, Daniel said: 鈥淚鈥檒l go to my room, drop my bags, and check in the mirror I鈥檓 still a 9 or a 10.鈥�

Once his checks are complete, it鈥檚 on to breakfast: 鈥淚t will probably be some veggies and almond milk muesli. That鈥檚 the life of an athlete.鈥�
