Commentator speechless as Froome runs up Mont Ventoux
Britain’s Chris Froome was forced to run up Mont Ventoux after losing his bike in an accident.
With less than 1km remaining on stage 12 of the Tour de France, Australian Richie Porte crashed into a camera motorbike as the crowd narrowed in the road.
Defending champion and race leader Chris Froome’s bike was damaged in the collision and he was forced to run up the mountain as he waited for his Team Sky car.
Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Radio 5 live’s Rob Hayles said he had "never seen anything like it" and Rob Hatch said he was "speechless".
