Labour's Trident free vote is "to save leader's blushes"
Labour MP John Woodcock says his party is only having a free vote on Trident - "a fundamental issue of national security" - on Monday "to save the blushes of a leader who doesn't believe in the Labour Party's established policies". He also told the Westminster Hour that activists from the Momentum wing of the party were "putting pressure on" and "intimidating" MPs to not support renewal.
