Former Wimbledon F.C player Lawrie Sanchez talks initiations in the 鈥榗razy gang鈥� era as new Arsenal star Granit Xhaka鈥檚 cringe worthy singing video emerges. The new Arsenal star's debut could not have gone much worse as he sang in front of whole squad.

Lawrie spoke to 5 live Drive about initiations during his time at Wimbledon F.C said: 鈥淭hey used to set up one of the new initiatives, take his clothes and leave him stark naked on Wimbledon common to run past all the people walking their dogs. Imagine that in the era of social media!鈥�

Sanchez, however, seemed to think Xhaka got away lightly: 鈥淪tanding on top of the table singing a song is a standard one, in our day it was a little more hardcore. For some reason with male sportsmen it鈥檚 all about being naked somewhere along the line.鈥�
