Sheffield Wednesday manager Carlos Carvalhal claims he never deals with football agents and insists on only speaking to the player instead.

"I don't deal with agents. I deal just with the players - if they have a problem they must be a man and talk to me," he told George Riley on 5 live Sport.

"It's not a question of being nice - the players need to grow up and solve the problems themselves."
