Would a 'secret plan to privatise the NHS' be so bad?
Andrew Haldenby, director of the Reform think tank, says it does not matter whether the NHS is run by the public or private sectors - instead the key question should be, 'does it work'? He told Carolyn Quinn on the Westminster Hour that the "public don't care who provides the service" - and that politicians should "rise above" attacking private providers within the NHS.
