In the warehouse, office or on the factory floor, how considerate are you towards your colleagues? We spend so much time at work, in a supposedly professional environment - but do we pay enough attention to civility in the workplace? Perhaps we are nicer to strangers than we are to the people we spend all day with. Our regular commentator, Lucy Kellaway from the Financial Times, thinks we show too little respect to our colleagues. She's worried it's getting worse, and thinks technology could be to blame.
