Is sexism rife in football?
"Females should only be in the kitchen and the bedroom" - the words of the chairman of non-league football club Wellingborough Town, according to photographer Lora Lawman.
She told the programme how she reported the incident, leading to the FA giving Martin Potton a two-year ban.
He'd already been fined for using derogatory and insulting language towards 22-year-old female referee Mary Harmer.
We also heard from Vivienne Aiyela from Women in Football, which challenges discrimination. She said abuse labelled as "banter" was widespread but unacceptable.
