Bastille: People don't talk about politics in music
The frontman of Bastille, Dan Smith, expressed his frustrations at other artists and bands no longer being at "the forefront of protest" as they were in previous generations.
Speaking to 5 live's Nihal Arthanayake, the double-platinum-selling band's singer said after watching the second American presidential debate, they performed a US show feeling more "angry" than usual.
He said the band looked at each other on stage questioning whether they are "a political band".
