Should the House of Lords be cut in size?

Conservative Lady Stowell and Lib Dem Lord Beith debated the size of the House of Lords, after some peers admitted its numbers should be cut.

With 800 peers on the red benches, it has more members than the House of Commons

They discussed the issue with Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn and Tory-supporting columnist Tim Montgomerie.
