Shinzo Abe will be the first Japanese Prime Minister to visit Pearl Harbour for 65 years. Noboru Yamaguchi, a retired general and a professor of military history at the National Defense Academy of Japan tells us the visit will not only help to overcome some difficult issues of the past but will also create a stronger alliance with the USA.
