British sculptor, environmentalist and underwater photographer Jason deCaires Taylor explains what one of his underwater installations, The Raft of Lampedusa, says about the issue of refugees at sea. It's one of many sculptures in the Museo Atalantico, a new underwater museum off the coast of Lanzarote, in the Canary Islands.
