Charity describes how The Gambia's political crisis has affected people
The political crisis in The Gambia has seen several attempts to convince the defeated president, Yahya Jammeh, to step down. The man who won the disputed election, Adama Barrow, was sworn at the country's embassy in neighbouring Senegal. West African troops threatened to intervene.
Because of the Gambian crisis, emergency flights returned thousands of British tourists to the UK.
