What will peers do about Article 50?

Lords' Lib Dem leader Dick Newby said his party would not vote against Article 50, but it wanted a "first referendum on the terms".

Former UKIP leader Malcolm Pearson said the government "couldn't have been clearer" when it spent 拢9m on a pamphlet for every home in the UK, that said " you, the people, will decide this."

The peers spoke to Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn after the Supreme Court ruling went against the government, with the issue set to go before MPs and Lords.
