Welfare sanctions 'make poverty fault of poor'

Film director Ken Loach has slammed Britain's current welfare system which he says is designed to show that "poverty is the fault of the poor".

Loach spoke to Joanna Gosling about his Bafta nominated film I, Daniel Blake, the story of a Newcastle man's struggle against the UK benefits system.
