'No-one should have to go through that'

Former Paralympian Tanni Grey-Thompson said the way a disabled woman was lifted by staff at an airport was "horrible".
Footage of Mel Davies, from Pontardawe, Neath Port Talbot, being incorrectly lifted by Omniserv staff at Heathrow was shown to the member of the House of Lords.
She said "no-one" should have to go through an experience like that.
