Confidential Assignment is a buddy comedy which pairs agents from both sides of the border to solve a crime. It spent two weeks at the top of the Korean box office. Dr Jinhee Choi, a lecturer in Film Studies, discusses why the film has proved so popular and what it can tell us about relations between the two countries.
