'It's up to leader to show common purpose'
Labour Leader in the Lords discusses the party's direction following Copeland defeat.
Speaking to the Westminster Hour's Carolyn Quinn, Baroness Smith said: [Jeremy Corbyn] is absolutely clear, he says we're determined to deliver a social justice but I think people want to hear from him how is that going to be done.
She added: "If you look at the talent in our Parliamentary party there's some fantastic people there that should be out there shouting from the rooftops what Labour can do .... But we need to have a common purpose and I think it's up to the leader to illustrate that to show that and to take the lead in promoting that."
