'White House should be stopping Putin'
Donald Trump has time to "bad mouth the trade policies and defence alliances that have served us so well" but not to criticise the actions of Vladimir Putin, says James Rubin.
In a personal film for This Week, the former American diplomat, said: "Working together America and Europe still have the power to see us through. If only our leaders would have the will."
