Who needs eggs when you have blood? The vampiric Tim Hayward meets butchers and cooks determined to put blood back on the dining table. Here he meets award-winning writer and chef Jennifer McLagan who bakes sweet treats with a ruddy twist, adding nutrient-rich blood to her cakes, meringues, ice-creams and cocktails. She sure puts the "bloody" in a Bloody Mary!
