We鈥檝e been using tools for longer than we鈥檝e been Homo sapiens and our evolution is intrinsically entangled with our invention of technology. It鈥檚 not a huge leap to see that robots and sex have also been intertwined for much longer than you might think. Dr Kate Devlin, from the Department of Computing at Goldsmiths, University of London in the UK, explores our intimate relationship with robots.
