Whyte: 'I'm delighted with the outcome'
Craig Whyte says he is "delighted" after being cleared of fraud in his deal to take over Rangers in May 2011.
The club's former owner was acquitted by a jury following a seven-week trial at the High Court in Glasgow.
The 46-year-old was also found not guilty of a second charge under the Companies Act.
Mr Whyte spoke briefly to the media as he left court on Tuesday.
