Probe after weedkiller sprayed from van

Aberdeenshire Council is investigating after a council worker was filmed spraying weedkiller from a moving vehicle.
A council spokesman said: "We have seen the footage and are currently investigating whether it involves a council contractor or other agency."
Footage was filmed by Mike Rawlins, in Fyvie, on 28 June.
