US destroyer collides with oil tanker
The US navy says a search and rescue operation is taking place off the coast of Singapore, after one of its ships collided with an oil tanker near the Strait of Malacca. The USS John S McCain - a guided missile destroyer - was damaged in the incident and a number of military personnel are unaccounted for.
