Cable to take Lib Dems 'back to government'
Vince Cable asked party members to join him on the journey to "take the Liberal Democrats back to government".
In his first conference speech as leader, he told the Bournemouth venue "the time for waiting is over", and their party was the only one with the ideas, experience and commitment to transform the nation's fortunes.
