The newspaper at the heart of Coventry life
Jeremy visits the old offices of the Coventry Evening Telegraph, where he had his first job after university. He begins by chatting to his former editor, Geoffrey Elliott, about the glory days of the newspaper, when it employed over 100 journalists. We also hear from another previous employee and the current editor who have differing opinions on whether the newspaper is as important to the local community as it used to be.
