End for train quiet zones?

South Western Railways is asking its passengers to vote on whether to scrap quiet zones on its trains. A consultation closes on Friday.
The company says it can not police them the way it wants and that there is "friction" between passengers who interpret the signs and rules differently.
Transport Focus and the Noise Abatement Society have both called on South Western to keep the quiet areas.
