Reading FC: Stam disappointed to concede late goals
The Royals boss Jaap Stam watched his side throw away a two goal lead vs Cardiff.
After leading 2-0, Reading conceded two late goals to draw the match 2-2.
"It's very disappointing when you go two-nil up," Stam told 麻豆官网首页入口 Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "Every time they won that ball they wanted to go forward very quickly.
"In the second half, still we got forward, created a couple of opportunities and then maybe forgot to score that third one."
And Stam admits he pulled striker Yann Kermorgant further back late on in the game in an attempt to absorb the Cardiff pressure.
"You're always looking to see what you can do.
"It makes us easier to win these first or second balls, we all know Yann is strong in the air."
