What focus groups said about immigration

The government has a target to reduce net migration - the difference between the number of people leaving and the number arriving in the UK - to less than 100,000 a year, from the latest figure of 230,000.

Sunder Katwala, whose British Future think tank has been conducting focus groups on public attitudes to immigration told Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn what was said at the 60 sites around the UK.

Conservative MP Anne-Marie Trevelyan and Labour MP Emma Reynolds joined in the debate on their partes' policy.
