The UK government says air pollution is the fourth biggest threat to public health after cancer, obesity and heart disease. That's despite rules about air quality being drawn up in 2010. Samantha Fenwick’s been to London – one of the most polluted cities in Europe - to see what the levels are like and what is being done.
