Royals captain Paul McShane admits the side struggled to find leaders last season.

Due to injuries, McShane thinks there was a dearth of experienced heads in the side at times.

鈥淥ff the pitch as well it鈥檚 very important to have the correct culture in the changing room.

鈥淚 think it鈥檚 a fair comment saying that there weren鈥檛 more senior leaders on the pitch at times, but that was due to injuries and different other things.鈥�
