Occupied China during the Second World War
For eight years China suffered under Japanese rule. From 1937 to 1945 Chinese soldiers and civilians struggled against the better-equipped occupying forces. Millions died. Witness hears from a former soldier who lost his family, but survived to see the Japanese surrender.
