Scout leaders say they're overwhelmed by demand from hundreds of youngsters, who want to join them. More than 400, mostly Asian children, are on the waiting list, in one Lancashire town, but there aren鈥檛 enough volunteers to look after them. We went along to one of their meetings and also spoke to a young girl who has been on a waiting list for four years but ended up joining a group through her madrassa.
