Russia nuclear treaty: Is pulling out a good idea for the US?

After America announced it would be pulling out of the Cold-War-era nuclear arms control treaty, US National Security Advisor John Bolton travelled to Moscow for talks with President Putin. He described the talks as "productive".

Mr Bolton has downplayed the risk of a renewed nuclear arms race - but President Trump has already talked about upping America's nuclear arsenal.
