'We were made bankrupt' - former post mistress speaks out
It has emerged that some former Post Offices owners from Northern Ireland are among more than 500 former staff across the UK who are bringing a group action against the Post Office after they were, they say, wrongly accused of stealing money. The former sub-post masters and mistresses were either prosecuted for theft or were made to repay money after the Post Office's computer system made, what they believe, were non-existent shortfalls. Some of the former Post Office mistresses involved in this bitter dispute are from counties Tyrone and Down and one of them has been speaking publicly for the first time to out our investigations correspondent Kevin Magee
