Deborah James, Lauren Mahon and Steve Bland debate the different feelings of Christmas and cancer.

"There's no right way to do things and I'm saying that Christmas is a time we're going to celebrate Rachael," said Steve whose wife and creator of the You, Me and the Big C podcast died in September 2018.

"But for some people who've just lost someone really special to them, they might not feel like doing that and that's fine as well."

"It's also good to, challenge yourself a bit," added Deborah.

"It's allowing somebody to drag you through the mud and be there in the trenches with you. Nobody's going to expect you to be the life and soul of the party."
