Yemen suffers ‘largest ever’ cholera epidemic
An ongoing cholera epidemic which is sweeping war-ravaged Yemen is believed to be the "largest ever recorded" in a single year. Yemen has become a breeding ground for the disease after two years of a devastating civil war that has split the country between a Saudi-led government coalition and Iran-backed Houthi rebels.
