HMV to close in Worcester

The brand has been bought by a Canadian firm, Sunrise Records, which brought 100 stores out of administration, securing around 1,500 jobs - but signs have been placed in the windows of the Worcester branch announcing that it'll be closing.

Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Hereford and Worcester has been told it'll shut its doors at some point next month.
The resurgence of vinyl

The shop has been selling records since the 1970s but sadly owner Francis 'Terry' Thomas lost his battle with cancer two years ago.

Since then, his colleague - also called Terry - has been renovating the shop in his memory.
Polish Heritage Day
Ìý
This year marks the 250th anniversary of the formal establishment of Polish–British diplomatic relations and the centenary of the regaining of Polish independence.

Organisers even brought a Spitfire into Cathedral Square for the day, to champion the contribution of Polish pilots during World War II.

The RHS Malvern Spring Festival
