This recipe uses a cheese that鈥檚 incredibly popular throughout the middle east called Puck but if you can鈥檛 get it, regular cream cheese will do.

You can also mix up the fillings: sausages, different types of veg, there are so many options.

For one wrap

Ingredients

Half a white onion, diced

1 tomato diced

1 or 2 green chillies finely chopped or some red chilli flakes

1 garlic glove minced or finely chopped/grated

Handful of spinach

Handful of smokes salmon roughly ripped into bitesize pieces

Salt

Pepper

Puck cheese or another type of cream cheese

Method

First pre heat your oven to 250 C.听

Then mix all the ingredients apart from the tortilla in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.听

Then heat a dry frying pan, (one that can be put in the oven), on the hob. Place your tortilla in it and cook briefly so it starts to crisp up.听

Pour in your egg, veg and salmon mix and then place the pan in the oven. Cook for around 7 minutes until the egg mixture has set.听

Take it out and spread with your cream cheese. You might also want to add other sauces like ketchup.听

You can either eat it like this, or roll it up and cut it into rounds. If you roll it and then tightly roll in foil it鈥檒l stay warm for several hours.
