What steps need to be taken to ensure women's equality?
The government is announcing measures to improve women's employment rights and financial equality. It includes a consultation on sexual harassment in the workplace, the introduction of carers' leave, and a review of the enforcement of equal pay law. But with a new prime minister on the way, will these be implemented? Women's minister and Defence Secretary Penny Mordaunt speaks to Today.
