President Donald Trump is making every effort to counteract the impeachment inquiry that has been launched against him. He has been accused of asking the leader of Ukraine to investigate a potential Democrat presidential candidate, Joe Biden. As well as a flurry of presidential tweets, the Trump administration has released details of the phone conversation between Mr Trump and President Volodymyr Zelensky. Newsday's Bola Mosuro spoke to Paul Glastris, editor-in-chief of the Washington Monthly and former senior speechwriter to President Bill Clinton.
