Pray Tell and Blanca are in the midst of organising the annual AIDS cabaret at the hospital when Pray Tell's own health takes a sudden turn for the worst and he is himself hospitalised. As he fights for his life, some unexpected visitors show up at his bedside.
Meanwhile Blanca, now left to oversee the event on her own, suffers from feelings of guilt at the same time as trying to save her business premises from being closed down.
