Can boxing help people with Parkinson's disease?
Mari毛tte Robijn coaches at Rock Steady Boxing - a boxing club uniquely run by people with Parkinson's that aims to help people cope with the disease's symptoms. Results from over 200 studies suggest that exercise is a good way to tackle loss of balance, difficulty walking and stiffness in the arms and legs.
